Bruises, rude comments and passive aggression, are just some of the symptoms associated with bullying.

In Santa Barbara, a group known as iChoose gave a powerful performance, high-lighting real life traumas of this abusive treatment.

The nine member team blended song and dance, role-playing and personal testimonials during their performance at Bishop Diego High School.

The group highlights three key categories of bullying: physical, verbal and the lesser known "passive violence," which includes spreading rumors and belittling.

iChoose is part of the Los Angeles-based, International Committee of Artists for
Peace.
