Community Colleges May Send Out More Pink Sliips

The Ventura County community college district will vote next month on whether to cut 24 positions.

The cuts could all three campuses in Moorpark, Ventura and Oxnard.

It could also affect the chancellors own staff. But full time faculty will stay put.

Despite the cuts a part time math teacher says students appear to be more motivated.

One students said it's a good time to be in school because of the weak economy and job outlook.

The district will decide how to cut millions of dollars from it's budget on April 13th.
