Supervisor Submits Budget Plan For Consideration

Santa Barbara, CA-- The Santa Barbara County Supervisors are facing a daunting task of tackling a budget deficit of nearly $40 million.

One of the newest members says she's crunched the numbers, and may have a plan that adds up.

Third District Supervisor Doreen Farr has not been around as long as some of the supervisors, but she does have ideas that involve cuts and consolidations. It's a plan she says, makes sense out of the limited dollars the County has to work.
