Probation Department To Hold Gang Awareness Meetings

Lompoc, CA-- Wednesday night starts a two-day series of community meetings, aimed at informing local parents on gang awareness and the juvenile probation system.

Wednesday's forum starts at 6 p.m and runs until 9 p.m.

The Santa Barbara County Probation Department will give an overview of the Juvenile Justice Department, including the Los Prietos Boys Camp and Academy and the Santa Barbara booking station.

The meetings are being held at the Lompoc City Hall Council Chambers.

Thursday night's forum will focus on gang awareness.
