Murder Suspects Expected To Make First Court Appearance

Three suspects accused of killing a woman at a massage business in Oxnard are scheduled to make their first court appearance Tuesday.

Jose Ochoa, Gabriel Lopez, and a 17-year old are being held without bail. They're accused of shooting 59-year old Sun Cha Kays in the head on February 17th.

The shooting happened at the "A-one" Massage and Spa in Oxnard.

Ochoa is also under investigation for an armed robbery and rape at the 'Toyko Spa' in Oxnard. That crime happened just two days before the Kay's murder.
