Accused Child Molester Due in Court Tuesday

A Rio School District board member facing felony child molestation charges is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday for arraignment.

Brian Edward Martin did not enter a plea during his last court appearance back in February.

The 49 year old is accused of continuously sexually abusing a young girl .

The Rio School District has notified parents and is cooperating with authorities.

Martin was assigned a public defender and is not likely to post his quarter of a million dollars bail.
