Santa Barbara Police say two people, accused of shooting a man in the head at a Gillespie Street home, are in custody. Authorities arrested 52-year-old Jack Mills and his wife, Rebecca Lee Mills in Pahrump, Neveda Monday morning. There are still two suspects however, that are believed to be at large.

The shooting happened March 1st inside a home on the 1500-block Gillespie Street, just blocks from a local elementary school.
