Alleged Gang Attack Leaves One Dead, Two Injured

Oxnard, CA-- A 32-year-old man was stabbed to death early Sunday morning, while on his way to a party near the 100-block of South K Street.

David Gonzalez, known to friends as "Mr. Lavish" a well known hip hop producer, was headed to a party with two of his friends, when they were attacked.

Oxnard Police say Gonzalez and both his friends, were stabbed numerous times
by three unidentified men. Police believe the attackers were gang members. However, the say victims are not affiliated with gangs.

Gonzalez died at the scene and his friends were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.

Neighbors tell KEY News they are not surprised by the attack.

Anyone with information about the stabbing is urged to call the Oxnard Police Department.
