Assembly Candidates Get Firefighters Endorsements

Both democratic candidates for California's 35th Assembly District have received coveted endorsements, from two groups of local firefighters.

On Wednesday, the Santa Barbara City Firefighters Association announced their endorsement of Das Williams.

Williams' opponent, Susan Jordan, also received an endorsement-- from the Ventura City Firefighters Association.

Williams and Jordan will face off in the June 8th primary race for the democratic nomination.

Former Santa Barbara County Supervisor, Mike Stoker, and Oxnard resident, Daniel Goldberg, will square off for the Republican nomination.
