Local Couple File Lawsuit for Death of Son

The parents of a 4-year-old boy who drowned at Cathedral Oaks Athletic Club are now suing the club.
Yoni Gottsman drowned in August 2005 at the club's "Summer Camp for Kids." The boy's parents and attorney claim surveillance video shows no one paying attention to Yoni when he was floating face down in the water.
The lawsuit alleges gross negligence and wrongful death. Both the District Attorneys and State Attorney Generals Office refused to file criminal charges against Cathedral Oaks.
A Manager with Cathedral Oaks would not comment on the lawsuit.
