Gov. Pushes For Job Creation At SLO Solar Company

San Luis Obispo, CA-- Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger spent much of Monday morning promoting legislation, that he says will create tens of thousands of jobs across the state.

While touring REC Solar in San Luis Obispo, Schwarzenegger discussed a plan to create more jobs by helping California businesses expand by hiring and training qualified employees.

The governor was accompanied by Sen. Abel Maldonado, who is currently awaiting senate approval of his nomination for Lieutenant Governor.

The California Jobs Initiative, which consists of five bills, aims to help businesses expand and grow their workforce by, utilizing training and hiring incentives.
