We have a follow up to a KEY Investigation we first brought you in November.

David Gaspar owns Eternity Video and Photography. Many of his customers say he takes their money upfront, but doesn't keep his end of the contract.

After first airing a story on Gaspar in November, almost a dozen calls came into our Tipline. One of those calling was a 16-year-old girl, who tried for six months to get photos of her Quinceañera.
