Jesse James Hollywood Could Learn His Fate Today

Convicted killer Jesse James Hollywood could learn his fate today in a Santa Barbara courtroom. Hollywood is responsible for the kidnapping and murder of 15-year-old Nicolas Markowitz in 2000.

Hollywood's attorney has filed a motion for a new trial. He says the first trial was tainted by juror misconduct and media exposure due to a popular movie released about the murder. The judge is expected to rule on the defense's motion today.

Prosecutors say they expect the motions to be denied and that it's likely Hollywood will learn his fate later today.
