Former Defense Secretary, Robert Gates will soon be visiting Santa Barbara

He is the keynote speaker at the 7th Annual Westmont President's Breakfast at the Fess Parker Doubletree Resort. The event takes place at 7:00 am on March 2nd.

Mr. Gates served as a trusted adviser to eight United States presidents and has awarded multiple medals including the National Security Medal and the Presidential Citizens Medal.

Former speakers include former secretary of state, Condoleezza Rice; two time Pulitzer Prize winning author, David Mccullough; and former president of Mexico, Vicente Fox.

Tickets for the event go on sale Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. and officials say they do sell out quickly.
