Local Mother Wins Santa Barbara's First Ever Marathon

Santa Barbara, CA-- Runners from all over the world took part in the 1st Annual Santa Barbara International Marathon.

The course diverted drivers, as runners ran from Goleta to Santa Barbara.

For the men's competition, Pomona's Carlos Handler finished first and local resident, mother of two Andrea McLarty, came in first for the women.

KEY News Reporter Coleen Sullivan joined the winners and their fans at the finish line.
