Written by Kyra Jenkins

Tuesday morning a Saturn Sedan veered off the 101 freeway at Ortega Hill and plummeted off a 200 foot cliff then rested upright on its wheels about 7 feet from the Union Pacific railroad tracks.
This accident caused the train service to shut down for hours this morning.
Two people received injuries and were taken to the hospital and officials say they are expected to survive the accident.
CHP investigators determined that the driver, Domingo Reyes, was under the influence of alcohol. Mr. Reyes will be subsequently arrested for felony DUI causing injuries upon being discharged from the hospital.
