Ventura, CA-- A local publisher caught on tape throwing a rivals newspapers away, says he takes full responsibility.

The publisher of the Ventura Breeze says he acted in a juvenile and childish way two weeks ago. However, Sheldon Brown says he was tired of being bashed in The Ojai and Ventura View, by one of his former writers.

Ventura Police cited Brown for an infraction.

Brown wrote the view a formal letter of apology but says the release of the video shows that the apology was not accepted.
