Quaids No Show For A Third Time

Santa Barbara, CA-- For a third time now, Randy and Evi Quaid refused to show-up for their arraignment in a Santa Barbara Courtroom Thursday afternoon.

Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter told KEY News an extradition order is in the works, to bring the Quaids back to California from Texas. Carter also said because of the Quaid's failure to appear, the couple could be taken into custody once they arrive to California.

The couple is facing three felony charges, which include defrauding an inn keeper. The charges stem from an incident in September, when the Quaids stayed at the luxurious, Santa Ysidro Inn.
