Santa Barbara, CA-- You've heard the phrase "not in my backyard." That's the focus of this Tipline Investigation.

Tune into KEY News, to see what happens when city crews scheduled to put in a sidewalk, went too far and tore out one homeowners landscaped yard, along with some 80 year old trees.

And if that wasn't bad enough, the homeowner says she was threatened to keep quiet about it.

She didn't. Instead she called the KEY News Tipline. Now, city officials are answering our questions.
