State Budget Woes Put College Construction Plans On Halt

Santa Barbara, CA-- California's budget crisis has hit everyone. Cities, counties, local business and educational institutions are feeling the pinch.

Some construction plans at Santa Barbara City College are postponed indefinitely, due to the state budget cuts.
