LocalWoman Makes Plea In Drunk Driving Crash
No contest. That's the plea entered Tuesday by a Santa Barbara woman charged with drunken driving and vehicular manslaughter. Susan Arcady Barich wrote a letter to the court asking that Binkers receive probation rather than the maximum seven year in prison.
