Goleta, CA-- Not every local city is making sweeping cuts because of the current budget crisis.

One community says it expected some bad years and now has a plan to deal with it.

Goleta does not have the money for the coming year that it had this year, but it does have a plan in the works that should help ease some of its financial concerns.
