State Superintendent Address Cuts Local Schools Are Facing

San Luis Obispo, CA-- California schools face a grim future, this according to state and local leaders.

However there is some positive news for at least one Tri-County school district.

San Luis Obispo County Schools will receive $12-million in federal funds, those funds will be given over a two year period .

The needed money will be used to help save education programs and jobs but, school leaders say the state's public education system faces dire times ahead.
