Santa Barbara, CA-- Taking on one of the world's largest banks, is no small task.

Just ask one of our viewers. He fought with HSBC over a truck payment, but didn't get anywhere until he called the Channel 3 Tipline and C.J. Ward for help.

This situation is frustrating because our viewer says that HSBC admitted it made a mistake in the very beginning yet more than six months went by and no one at the bank fixed the problem.
