Oxnard,CA-- Some people go to great lengths to feel safe at home. They buy an expensive home security system and pay a company to monitor every bump in the night. That's assuming the system works.

This Tipline Consumer Investigation centers around a "home security system" and what happened when one local family suddenly found themselves owing money on services they never signed up for. And on top of that, the security system hasn't worked in years.
