Arrest Made In Convenience Store Killing

Ventura, CA-- Police have arrested a 19-year-old Fillmore man they believe is responsible for the attempted robbery and murder of a Circle K clerk.

Gregoria Aguilar was arrested early Friday morning by the Ventura County Sheriff's Department SWAT Team. Aguilar has been charged with the murder of Sean Odle of Ventura.

30-year-old Odle was working at the convenience store the morning hours after Christmas when, investigators believe Aguilar along with an accomplice shot and killed him during a failed robbery attempt.

Aguilar is being held on $1million bail in the Ventura County Jail.
