LocalWorld Record Shattered By Local Disc Jockey
An ambitious local radio talk show host broke a world record on Friday! Dozens of fan's cheered on KTYD's Matt McAllister who broke the Guinness Book Of World Records for the most t-shirts worn by a person. McAllister wore a whopping 154 t-shirts at the same time. The previous record was 121 t-shirts, set by a Washington man.
Firefighters checked on McAllister every few minutes to make sure he was breathing and had enough water. This event benefited the group 'Computers For Families' that provides computers for the less fortunate. The stunt raised about 3,000 dollars. |
