A storm heading to the tri-counties could be the biggest of the season so far. It's expected to dump rain on us through Christmas day. Now, the real threat is looming in the charred foothills above Santa Barbara, Montecito and Goleta. KEY News Reporter Joe Gehl gives us a look at preparations underway right now.
