City of Goleta Gets A New Police Chief

Goleta has a new police chief. Lt. Phil Willis is taking the top job. Willis has served as the chief of police in Carpinteria and Solvang. He replaces Lt. Chris Pappas who has served as Goleta's police chief for nearly four years. Pappas will become the Training Bureau Lieutenant for the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department.
