Attempted Murder Suspects Enter Pleas

Santa Barbara, CA-- Three suspects linked to a witness intimidation attack in Santa Barbara earlier this year entered not guilty pleas.

The three are believed to be connected to a near fatal stabbing near an upper State Street hotel last August.

The victim was scheduled to testify during the murder trial of Ricardo Juarez.

The suspects are accused of attempted murder, attempt to dissuade a witness by force or violence, mayhem and active participation in a street gang.

All felony charges have gang enhancements. The suspects will return to court on February 11th of next year.
