THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE: FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE GAP AND TEA BURN AREAS OF SANTA BARBARA IN SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA * UNTIL 900 AM PST *

RESIDENTS AND MOTORISTS IN AND BELOW RECENTLY BURNED AREAS SHOULD BE ALERT TO FLASH FLOODING AND DEBRIS FLOWS WHICH MAY BLOCK ROADS AND CULVERTS.

ROAD CLOSURES: Mountain Drive at Coyote due to mudslide. The 1500 block of West Mountain Drive is mostly blocked by a deris flow.
