Police Identify Victim Of A Santa Barbara Fatal Stabbing

Santa Barbara, CA-- The victim has been identified as Lawrence Glenn Kaiser, age 45, born in New Jersey but lived most of his life in North Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Kaiser had been in Santa Barbara for approximately one month. He had been at 231 W. Haley Street for approximately a week.
