Pilot Killed in Lompoc Plane Crash Identified

The pilot killed in yesterday's Lompoc airplane crash has been identified. Authorities say 77-year-old James Foley, a Lompoc resident and member of Lompoc's airport commission, died when his Cessna single engine airplane crashed. The cause is still under investigation.
