Plea Made In Drugs For Sex Case
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. (AP) - An Oceano man charged with trading drugs for sex with 12-year-old and 14-year-old girls has pleaded no contest to felony charges.
San Luis Obispo County prosecutors say 27-year-old Jose Luis Rosario is expected to be sentenced Dec. 22 to 12 years in prison. He must also register as a sex offender. Rosario pleaded no contest to committing a lewd act on a child under 14, committing a lewd act on a child 14 or over and two counts of furnishing drugs to a minor.
