Serve The City
Santa Barbara, CA-- 250 people from three churches served the City of Santa Barbara on Saturday.
Twenty two different organizations including Boys and Girls Clubs and shelters for chronic homeless adults benefited from "Serve the City" day. Landscaping, painting and general cleaning were some of the activities. The work equaled 791 man hours which adds up to $8,000 for these organizations. The three churches involved were Ocean Hills, Montecito Covenant and Goleta Community Covenant |
