For the first time we now hear how the first responders handled the devastating Tea Fire on November 13th in the hills above Montecito.

KEY News Senior Reporter John Palminteri has compiled a synopsis of the 911 emergency calls, the dispatch communications for the first engines assigned to the massive blaze and we hear the decisions that were made to save lives and property.

It all happens within minutes, but it helped thousands of people get out of their homes safely before the wind whipped flames arrived.
