Arrest Made In SBCC Flasher Case

Santa Barbara, CA-- A Santa Barbara man is under arrest for allegedly indecently exposing himself to women at Santa Barbara City College.

Police arrested Gerson Castro at his work on Tuesday.

Police say there were at least two incidents in the school's parking lot. Several women reported seeing the suspect exposing and touching himself while sitting in a gold Honda Civic hatchback.

One witness gave investigators a license plate number. That number eventually led police to Castro and an arrest was made.
