Tea Fire Victims Come In All Shapes Sizes
Santa Barbara, CA-- Family pets are the other victims of the devastating Tea Fire. Dozens of animals found themselves alone and face to face with a raging fire.
Some of them are turning up as stray and owners who were lucky enough to escape with their pets quickly discovered they had no where to go. KEY News Reporter Ryan Carmel has their story. If anyone would like to donate to fund for injured and lost pets they can call 899-CARE. A fund has been set-up through the Shiva's Center For Human-Animal Bond under the name Tea Fire Assistance Fund. Donations can also be made at the C.A.R.E Animal Hospital located at 301 E. Haley St in Santa Barbara. Fire victims who may still need to find boarding for their furry friends can call Gloria at Contented Cat at 966-6946. Contented Cat Boarding House is located at 1016 E. Montecito St. in Santa Barbara. |
