Santa Barbara, CA-- Frantic homeowners flooded 911 dispatch in the City of Santa Barbara the night the Tea Fire broke out. 911 Dispatchers took call after call from residents who could see the Tea Fire flames racing through the foothills of Montecito and Santa Barbara.

KEYT obtained a copy of some of the first calls dispatchers received.
