Fillmore, CA-- You've probably seen them, car dealers who claim they can help people with bad credit or no credit get into a car. Many times the buyer is trying to establish or repair their credit history.

That's what Leo Medina was trying to do when he bought a used car from Harbor Chrysler in Ventura.

He put money down on a used car, signed the contract and drove off the lot thinking the car was his. That's when he found out the hard way, it wasn't.
