Brandon McInerney's Mental Health Questioned

Attorney's recently hired to represent a local 14-year old charged with murder are raising new questions about their client's mental health. Brandon McInerney is accused of shooting and killing his classmate, 15-year-old Larry King, at Oxnard's E.O. Green Junior High School in February.

McInerney's new lawyers filed a motion asking the court to determine if the teen is mentally competent to continue with the court proceedings. On Tuesday, the court appointed two psychologists. They'll examine McInerney to determine whether he's suffering from mental problems.
