It's the California Lottery Gas Giveaway, an opportunity for you to win $50 in gas and for the lottery to say thanks to all it's players. All you have to do, be one of the first 200 drivers to show up at a gas station that has yet to be announced and buy $10 in Daily Four tickets The event will begin at 11 am. and traffic control starts at 10.
