Budget Crisis Affects Local Health Care Facility

The state budget crises is taking a toll on care facilities here in the tri-counties. Some providers, including nursing homes, are now warning about layoffs and possibly even closing up shop. As KEY News reporter Arti Nehru explains, for one care home in Ventura, a longer budget impasse could mean an uncertain future for dozens of disabled children.
