A man accused of exposing himself to several people in San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach is in custody. Police arrested Patrick Dodenhoff near Pirates Cove on Thursday. Authorities arrested him after a victim gave them a license plate number and vehicle description. Police spotted the vehicle near Pirates Cove. Dodenhoff is a parolee at large and wanted by the California State Patrol. He's being held without bond.
