Two Arrested In Connection To 50 Burglaries

Two Newbury Park men are arrested in connection with a month-long crime spree involving at least 50 burglaries and thefts. Officials say the thefts happened at the Hillcrest Park apartments and Conejo Creek condominiums in Newbury Park. Thousand Oaks police arrested 21 year old Johnny Lopez and 22 year old Luis Ramos after an extensive investigation. Authorities say the two suspects drew the attention of investigators after probation searches of their homes revealed stolen property.
