Juarez Trial: Testimony Continues
Testimony from a key witness in the Ricardo Juarez murder trial is being questioned. We're not allowed to show you Eric Sanchez who took the stand on Monday changed his story. Prosecutor Hilary Dozer says, the information Sanchez told a detective on the day of the murder is different than his testimony in court this week. Dozer says Sanchez failed to recall all of the details about Luis Linares' fatal stabbing in March, 2007. Juarez is being charged as an adult for a murder the defense says was committed by another boy.
