Convicted Sex Offender Back Behind Bars
A convicted sex offender is back behind bars - accused of molesting another child. Santa Barbara County authorities say 42-year-old Charles Fernandez sexually assaulted the child from 2000 to 2003 in Santa Maria. They say Fernandez dated the seven-year-old's mother at the time. Fernandez was convicted in 2005 for molesting another child. Authorities believe Fernandez had other dating relationships while abusing the children.
