The high profile murder case took a surprising turn when serious concerns were raised that at least one witness was intimidated. This is the trial of 15 year old Ricardo Juarez, accused in a fatal downtown stabbing last year. Some of the witnesses, also young teens are on the stand detailing what happened. While one was testifying, the jury was asked to leave briefly while the judge heard a serious concern about someone who may have been in the court room to intimidate the boy speaking on the witness stand.
