Sheriff's Allege Woman Tried To Kill Her Sister
Santa Barbara County Sheriff's have made an arrest in the case of an Orcutt apartment fire. The fire started on the second floor of a 16-unit complex on the 200 block of North Pacific Way. It happened just after 3:30 Sunday morning. A disabled woman was injured and treated at the scene. The woman's sister, 50 year old Lolita Nelson, was arrested for allegedly starting the fire. Police say she was seen leaving the scene just before the fire broke out. Nelson faces attempted murder and arson charges, she is being held on $500,000 bail.
