The four year Highway 101 construction project from Santa Barbara to Montecito has inspired a Commuter Challenge competition among teams and area employers. The commute challenge is a team-based competition during the months of August and September. Teams can win valuable prizes while Santa Barbara County takes cars off of Highway 101. KEY News Reporter Mike Klan joins us in Santa Barbara to explain how it all works.
